With five children, a husband, a nutty Springer Spaniel called Lucy along with a full-time job as a Recruitment Director, it's not unusual for me to hear the words "how do you do it?" My response is always, "if you love what you do, it isn't that difficult".

When you find a job that fits with your motivators and values, it gives you so much job satisfaction. For me, I am at my happiest when I witness others benefit from the support that I provide them, and this is why I set up this website.

With over 20 years of experience in the Recruitment industry, I have worked through both buoyant and challenging times.  I have always been curious about how changing marketplaces affect both employers and job seekers and have worked closely with both.

Providing the very best advice that is positive, honest and supportive is incredibly important to me.  If I don't know the answer myself, I will endeavour to find it out, whether that's through my research or asking an expert in their field.
